Graduate student’s perspective of learning scenarios, teaching conditions and ICT skills in face-to-face and virtual modalities

Abstract
Currently ICT have influenced all areas of human life, one of them education, which has generated new paradigms and needs leading to institutions to be updated both in technologies and teacher training as well as explore ways in which these processes take place, hence the importance of this type of research which aim to comparatively analyze learning scenarios, teaching conditions and competencies in ICT from the perspective of graduate students of the Faculty of Accounting and Administration of the Autonomous University of Chihuahua, in face-to-face and virtual learning modalities. Responses to a survey with Likert scale enabled to appreciate that the trend towards individual work in both modes prevail, work which involve analysis and creation stand out in virtual education. In face-to-face education evaluation is done mainly with traditional tests, and around the competencies in ICT, the use of computing resources and network, and creation of original works reflect significant differences in favor of the online program. Likewise, the trend for traditional education to prevail in both environments was observed.
