SOURCES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND LABOR MISSIONS

The theoretical and applied aspects of legal regulation of employment and employment of the population in Ukraine continue to be relevant to a number of objective and subjective reasons that are influenced by various factors in terms of content. The presence of external and internal labor migration in Ukraine shows that the need to improve the current legislation on employment of the population, its employment - that is, the realization by every able-bodied citizen of his right to work. Existing sources that influence the legal regulation of employment and employment of the population in their legal basis are based on the Constitution of Ukraine and other normative legal acts that directly or indirectly have this relation. The analysis of sources of legal regulation of employment contributed to the definition of their purpose, inherent in them signs, criteria and legal force of application.
