THE INDIVIDUAL APPROACH IN THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS IN RESIDENTIAL CARE

This article is devoted to the consideration of one of the most important and effective approaches in the education of Suvorov Military School pupils – individual approach. Studying of domestic and foreign concepts of education allows to formulate the algorithm of conducting individual educational work allowing to increase quality of education and to promote further successful socialization of graduates of Suvorov Schools. The individual approach involves taking into account the individual characteristics of the pupil and allows you to draw a huge means of educational influence in the nature of pupil. This article contains recommendations to teachers of residential care.
