Abstract

The transition of the system of continuous pedagogical education into a cluster development model requires a methodological justification. As the main methodological approaches, we have defined the system- synergetic, axiological and competence approaches. The article presents a retrospective analysis of the problem from the standpoint of each of the approaches. The advantages and disadvantages of methodological approaches are shown. Strengths of the system-synergetic approach are the possibilities of analyzing the problem as a multi- dimensional and holistic process. The axiological approach will allow studying the possibilities of the system for the formation of new Kazakhstan patriotism and morality. The competence approach opens opportunities for professional and personal development of the teacher, allows optimizing the process of pedagogical education through the organization of complex and creative activity.
