Abstract
The essence and the relevance of the enterprise personnel reserve formation are determined. The necessity of the development of methodological support of identifying candidates for personnel reserve is proved. The algorithm of employee selection to personnel reserve is developed. Practical recommendations for organizing such selection using the taxonomic analysis method are provided.
