A cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out to correlate the factors associated with the incidence of urinary tract lithiasis in patients admitted to the Urology Service of the Lucía Íñiguez Landín Surgical Clinic Hospital of Holguin in the period between January from 2011 to December 2013. From a universe of 82 patients the sample was constituted by the total of the same. To give effect to the objectives; Descriptive statisticians were used with percentage analysis, cross product ratio with a statistical significance level of 95%. The variables with the highest incidence were: children under 60 years of age, male, white; of risk factors, inadequate diets; of clinical forms, nephritic colic; of complications, urinary tract infection. A positive association strength was found to be greater than 2, between age and sex at risk with respect to the incidence of lithiasis.
