The functional triad for the achievement of the socio-humanist competence in the professionals of the health

Partial results of the Institutional Investigative Project were presented for the development of the socio-humanist competence in the professionals of health that it is executed in the University of Medical Sciences of Guantanamo from 2016. The procedures continued in this investigation belongs those of a qualitative investigation as long as it allowed defining and characterizing the functional triad that favors the development of the socio-humanist competence. By means of the bibliographical investigation was necessary its definition with the application of other investigation methods it was reached to identify the level, settling down the problem to solve in how to contribute to develop it, with what the objective was defined in designing alternatives to strengthen it,in the dimensions that it demands the service of health at the present time.
