Abstract
The case of a pregnant 26-year-old in which an endodermal sinus tumor was diagnosed during the course of an emergency cesarean for unsettling fetal state. Not Appearance related to symptoms with large tumor mass throughout their pregnancy and in the preoperative period in spite of findings relating to hemoperitoneum large amount during surgery. The patient was hemodynamically stable and without postoperative complications. A month after cesarean chemotherapy followed by total hysterectomy with oophorectomy right, associated with pelvic lymphadenectomy was administered. One correlate descriptive study was done through a review of the literature on this type of condition.
