The role of the management incentive computer in school laboratory use

Abstract
This article aims to analyze what is the manager's role in encouraging the computer lab use by the different segments that make up the school community to provide everyone a learning environment able to adapt effective strategies for teaching skills, promote development and assist in training as a citizen. For this purpose, we used the field research with a qualitative approach, exploratory, in which the research subjects were the three teachers who work in Francisco de Souza Briglia School computer lab, with the data collection instrument one structured questionnaire by issues of open and semi-open type. The results enabled us to see that despite all the guidelines come directly from the SMEC, the manager just its passing, work only because the management can provide the necessary mechanisms to do so, since for it to enable media so there is a proper functioning of the Computer Laboratory. We conclude, therefore, that the school management acts in encouraging the use of the computer lab in that it has sought different alternatives to encourage the use of the computer lab by different segments.
