Abstract
This article aims to verify the process of resocialization of the reeducandas in situation of fulfillment of sentence, analyzing the importance of public policies for this purpose. We return to the educational context of 29 women in private freedom, in the Women's Public Chain in Boa Vista-Roraima, enrolled in the Youth and Adult Education (EJA) modality, assuming that educational practices aim at personal development, resocialization And insertion in the labor market. The following techniques were used for the development: semi-structured interview, direct observations and focal discussion group (realized with the teachers that work directly with the reeducandas).
