Abstract
This study is a cut of the master's dissertation, which sought to answer the problem about the possibilities and limits of inclusion of students with visual impairment in the Course of Bachelor of Law in Unicaldas Faculty of Caldas Novas for the materialization of teaching and learning with respect for diversity and differences? The research was descriptive explanatory type with a qualitative approach. Thus, inclusion in the locus of the investigated is visible in terms of entering the institutional space, having enrollment, having the teacher's recognition regarding learning independent of the condition or being affected by some deficiency. However, it is pointed out the impossibilities regarding the care of the visually impaired person, from the particularities of the educational process in a society guided by inclusion, but still does not respect the differences
