Abstract
This article describes the most common fraudulent actions on the part of policyholders among the comprehensive and collision car insurance and CTP (compulsory third party car insurance). These include fake paper on road accidents, obtaining compensation for the sold vehicle, conspiracy to fake the insurance case, insurance of "double" car, a real feign theft, and others
