Abstract

The present text begins with historical references to the practice of mediation while self-composition method of dispute resolution. It analyzes the restoration of the ontic nature of law through mediation. At this point it is analyzed the idea of creating law and legal decisions mediated by the subjects themselves and is studied the role of the mediator, the culture of litigation, the zen-juristic and the school mediation.
