SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH MAINTENANCE STRATEGY FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF GROWTH IN INDUSTRY

In the modern age of industrial environment, some of them are contesting each other for enhancement of production growth. Some old tools are becoming the barrier for their production. Besides of new development in these fields, quality related wastes, time deterioration waste in maintenance and many other invisible wastes are developing the depreciation for the economic growth of an industry. There are large need of positive relationship between supply chain management and maintenance action in the activity of industry. The wastage of cycle time, quality defect, breakdowns of machines could become a prerequisite perspective for an industry. Here the Six sigma and value based supply chain mapping could become an integrated role action for reformation of an industry. In this paper the experience and implementation of six sigma and maintenance tools has been described which could be a great aspect for their respective environment and it could have the dynamic capability to overview for better management activity in an industry.
