PREGRAVIDARY PREPARATION OF WOMEN WITH A HIGH GROUP OF PERINATAL RISKS AND INFLAMMATORY DISEASES OF THE GENITALS

In the structure of diseases of the reproductive system in women, the reproductive period in which the perinatal losses resulted, the pathology of inflammatory genesis (vaginitis, cervicitis, endometritis, salpingo-oophoritis) prevailed. The effectiveness of therapeutic and prophylactic measures with the use of antimicrobial drugs (in the pregravid and the gestation period up to 16 weeks) in women of high perinatal risk groups with inflammatory diseases of reproductive system organs is proved. Application of the proposed algorithm allowed to reliably reduce the incidence of early neonatal morbidity, and to eliminate the development of premature births and cases of perinatal mortality.
