VIOLATION OF THE RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS OF CITIZENS OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC ABROAD (on the example of the Kazakh Republic)

The article analyzed the rights and freedoms of migrant workers of the citizens of the Kyrgyz Repub- lic in Kazakhstan. Most citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic are convicted for the illegal manufacture, processing, acquisition, storage, transportation, transfer or sale of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances and smuggling of items withdrawn from circulation, circulation of which is limited, as well as for murder, robbery and fraud. At the same time, drug-related crimes constitute a high level, approaching 70 %. Such facts are observed in the male and female colonies of Almaty and Zhambyl regions
