Dynamic socio-economic and demographic changes that form new conditions for the functioning of na- tional education systems set new tasks for them, requiring, as a rule, systemic structural changes. The priority direc- tion of the development of the education system is the training of competent, innovative-minded workers who are able to adapt to the changing conditions of the economic environment, respond promptly to the demands of the la- bor market, ready for further continuous self-education, self-development and self-realization, which in turn neces- sitates the restructuring of the educational process to new educational needs of the individual, society and the state.
