State regulation of economic development

The article investigates the domestic and foreign experience of the state regulation of economic relations in a mixed economy; substantiates the key importance of forming an effective segment of state ownership in the state economic system, shows the importance of practical implementation in the national planning management system. With regard to contemporary reality of economic development of the Donetsk People's Republic, the directions of improving the legislation on state regulation of economic relations, strengthening the institutional framework of the legal support of the state economic system have been considered.
