In this article, we will examine changes, which were made in Criminal Code of Ukraine that was recently updated and adopted. We will focus on the tasks and procedures of Public Prosecutor Office on this matter. We will also review some concerns on current draft of a revised law on ?About Public Prosecutor Office?. Authors expressed their opinion on execution of procuracy supervision on prejudicial inquiry authorities by Public Prosecutor Office.
