Abstract

Realization of the following stages: the development of a set of methods and techniques, educational and professional tasks which are aimed at the development of the value-motivational sphere, emotional-value relationship of future up bringer to the child as a subject of communication and professional interaction, processes of communicative and verbal interaction with it; development of ways of emotional impact on the formation of the child-centric motivation for professional activity of pre-school education teacher; development and implementation of communication trainings aimed at the emotional mood to interaction with a child of preschool age, the harnessing the subject-subject model of interaction with it, were carried out with the aim of formation of the child-centric motivation for professional activity in pre-school education establishments. In the course of the interconnected formation of methodical, communicative and verbal preparedness and child-centrism, interrelations and interdependencies between the formation of the value-motivational sphere and the choice of the strategy of communicative-speech interaction with the child, the formation of the emotional-value attitude to the child and the choice of the subject-subject model of interaction with the child, the state of sensation of psychological proximity to the world of childhood and the development of a propensity to practice verbal communication with children, the mastering of the structure of personality development of vocational and verbal communication and the success of professional activity.
