Abstract
Purpose. The review and analyses of Russian Constitutional Court solutions to the questions of (constitutional) responsibility of Russian President, State Duma of Federal Assembly and it’s deputies. Methods. The Constitutional Court rulings and definitions are analyzed in such cases when legal positions of constitutional legal responsibility of Russian President, State Duma and it’s deputies were constructed. Different opinions and theoretical positions of scientists and special definitions of members of Russian Constitutional Court are examined. Results. The viewpoints of Constitutional Court on constitutional legal (constitutional) responsibility of Russian President, State Duma and it’s deputies are detected. The idea of including in the system of constitutional law responsibility principles, such as lawfulness, reasonability, inevitability, individualization is justified. The positive effect on legal regulations of constitutional responsibility of State Duma deputies in Constitutional Court definitions is detected. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty is in results of analyses of interlinkage of definitions of Constitutional Court and theoretical concept of constitutional legal (constitutional) responsibility and legislative innovations.
