DISTINCTION WORKPLACE AND PLACE OF WORK

Abstract
Purpose. Study aims to examine the categories of ?workplace? and ?place of work?, and considered the question of whether all employees have jobs . Methods. The analysis of the Russian and international labor law and jurisprudence. Used linguistic, legalistic and comparative legal methods. Results. Revealed that under the current labor legislation, not all workers perform work functions in the workplace. Concluded that some categories of workers, due to the specifics of their work, perform work functions at the work place, for which can not be implemented employer control. Scientific novelty. Scientific novelty lies in justifying differentiation performance places and workplaces. The differences between mobile and mobile workplaces, as well as definition of the concepts proposed place of work.
