Abstract
The results of diagnostic testing of uneasiness, motivational sphere and readiness for risk at chiefs are provided in the article. Correlations between the level of uneasiness, motivation to success and motivation to avoid failure are analyzed. Correlation analysis of these parameters is carried out.
