Abstract
We considered the semantic evolution of traditional musical concepts as the result of their cultural and language memory connecting imprints of the Turkic opinion about the world. Piercing the world of the Kazakh music culture, we grasp the values created by them during these or those historical eras, that run the gamut to symbols of the Kazakh culture. The etymological investigations on the basis of Turkic equivalents, words etymology, which opaque or dead links in the language, allowed defining the change of semantics and function area, interweaving various meanings in the term, from their origin and function area. The etymological magic of words promoted discovering "a deathless semantic darkness", "learning a new through the old", detecting the actual linguocultural information. The descriptive basis of traditional music concepts promoted defining the system of knowledge and representations that formed in national world perception, that is universal and idioethnic in the Kazakh music scene of the world.
