Abstract
Krukenberg tumour is a metastatic tumour in ovary secondary to GIT or breast cancers. This case report concerns a 23yr old Primigravida with ovarian mass at 20 weeks who was operated and was found to be krukenberg tumour. She delivered by labour natural. Postnatally endoscopy guided biopsy showed adenocarcinoma of stomach. She is on further treatment now.
