Analysis and ways to improve the efficiency of work of the state and non governmental structures to support and stimulate the development of small and medium business in the territory of the irkutsk region

This article describes the structure of the scientific research aimed at identifying ways and means of increasing the efficiency of the current system of support for small and medium-sized business in the Irkutsk region. The purpose and objectives of this study are indicated, the object and subject of study in this study are displayed.It also describes the process of planning, drawing up the structure, and writing the final scientific work on the results of the study, in the form of a master''s thesis, including the criteria of relevance and feasibility of using various scientific resources in the preparation and writing of this work.
