Complex project of automated support system for decision-making in health care

The article is devoted to change the issues of informatization of medicine, its main problems and limitations. The analysis showed that medical information systems are aimed at solving current problems, and they are not at all involved in preventing and preventing the emergence of new patients. The article considers the possibility of introducing a new system of strategic preventive management of citizens health at the federal level, and also describes the basic principles of its action. This system will allow to solve a number of important strategic and operational tasks, which can help in the end to move to more progressive budgeting methodology.
