Business-process cost analysis

The article describes the methodology for calculating the costs of a business process. Ways of collecting primary data on the process, different forms of process modelling are described. The authors analyzed the duration of the operations, calculated the cost of the business process. The final stages were the analysis of the cost of the business process and the formation of conclusions.
