Analyzed the key objectives of the corporate governance system, its principles and the impact on the interests of stakeholders. Analyzed the key interests of stakeholders, the causes of their conflicts with other stakeholders and examples of the regulation of interests in companies. The key subject of regulation of the problem is an effective system of corporate governance, whose task is the settlement of conflicts, interests and mutually beneficial cooperation between the company''s key stakeholders.
