Abstract
When patients with cranial nerve palsies and ptosis present to an ophthalmologist, a detailed evaluation needs to be done and relevant investigations ordered so as to make an accurate diagnosis and start appropriate management. Improper diagnosis and treatment can lead to life threatening complications.
