Abstract
The beginning of process of emergence of the whole new fundamental concept ? the theory of a gen- der and gender relations, and also transformation of the concept of feminism into a concept of gender as the beginning of generally accepted gender policy is considered in the article. Having historically developed, a female movement "feminism", having overcome the second wave in the 60-70th years of the XX century, began to decline due to the new rethinking of becoming outdated feminist belief and impossibility to offer new approaches to interaction of genders at all levels. The author of the article suggests the consideration of new concepts of gender history for understanding gender approaches to the political theory.
