REHABILITATION POTENTIAL OF SANATORIUM-RESORT COMPLEX MORSHYNKURORT

The purpose of the studyis to make an analysis of the treatment and rehabilitation potential of the Morshynkurort, a sanatorium-resort complex. Methods of research: comparative analysis of the results of the patients' treatment in Dniester sanato-rium in 2017 and 2018; methods of mathematical statistics, methods of synthesis and analysis. Results of the study: rehabilitation departments according to the profiles were opened on 27.10.2017 on the basis of Departments of Pearl of Prykarpattia sanato-rium; Lavender sanatorium; Dniester sanatorium; Chere-mosh sanatorium of SRK, subsidiary Morshynkurort of Ukrprofozdorovnytsia, CJSC. In particular, in Dniester sanatorium, the rehabilitation department for the follow-ing rehabilitation profiles was organised on December 1, 2017: medical and psychological rehabilitation of ATO participants: adaptation violation, disorders related to food intake, inorganic sleep disorders, somatoform disor-ders and neurasthenia. The departments began functioning on January 01, 2018. Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation is aimed at a subacute period of lung dis-eases, a subacute period after lung surgeries, including suppurative processes, of not tubercular origin (for adult patients).The department was opened on October 12, 2018. Patients with diseases of the digestive system prevail. In the sanatorium there are two profile gastroen-terological departments with 296 beds, as well as two departments of rehabilitation. Balneological and physio-therapeutic procedures are provided in the Balneological Hospital Department. Patients' medical examination in the Sanatorium Dniester is carried out at the Treatment and Diagnostic Center Department, as well as at the Bal-neological Hospital Department. In 2018, in the Depart-ment of Sanatorium Dniester, 3621 patients underwent their treatments. As a result of the sanatorium-and-spa treatment, the effectiveness of the patients' treatment has been achieved, all the patients underwent their treat-ment with improvement. Conclusions. Climatic, natural, geographic re-sources and therapeutic activities of the sanatorium-resort complex Morshynkurort prove the great rehabili-tation potential of this institution for various somatic diseases.
