Abstract
Children's health remains a priority problem of modern medicine. In recent years, there has been a negative trend in the health status of schoolchildren, the number of healthy children has significantly decreased and the number of sick children has increased. There is no doubt that children spend most of their time at school. Therefore, the influence of school education on the state of health of schoolchildren is unconditional.
Conclusions. Evaluation of the health status of children with manifestations of maladaptation and the predictive value of risk factors for its occurrence should be carried out to improve the quality of rehabilitation of these children. Therefore, the definition of medical and social aspects of educational adaptation and the imple-mentation of a comprehensive physiological, hygienic and clinical assessment of the health status of school-age students is one of the most important problems of modern preventive medicine.
