The human capital assets in the Donetsk People's Republic: problems and reproduction possibilities

The article discusses current problems in the field of the human capital reproduction in the Donetsk People’s Republic and the ways to solve them, the main of which is to use the potential of the labour market and educational services market in their interaction. The authors present a model of the human capital transformation, demonstrate the role of the competence approach as a fundamental for ensuring the human capital reproduction, taking into account current social and economic trends, as well as the priorities of the state development of the DPR.
