Abstract
The article discusses the scientific approaches which cover the issues of legal regulation of replacing the improper party in certain civil proceedings, suggests the proposals on the procedural actions of the court in the replacement of improper party, as well as suggests making amendments to the current legislation on the replacement of improper defendant.
