Abstract
Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) constitutes 10 percent of all the salivary gland tumors. It forms the most common malignancy of submandibular and minor salivary glands. ACC is generally characterized by a slow growth it is often present for several years before the patient seeks treatment.
