Abstract
Current harmonics caused by non-linear load is a significant issue for power supply systems. Electromagnetic compensation coils help reduce third harmonic distortion in neutral current. The authors give equations for optimal electromagnetic compensation coil’s parameters determined after secondary circuit loops changing, electromagnetic compensation coil circuit resistance changing, and transductor’s magnetic resistance changing.
