THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR A STUDY OF THE SPECIFIC FEATURES OF SOCIAL INTERACTION OF ADOLESCENTS WITH MENTAL RETARDATION

The article is dedicated to the problem of studying the theoretical foundations of the features of social interaction of adolescents with mental retardation, in particular, the analysis of the theoretical basis of understanding the degree of influence of mental retardation of such adolescents on their socialization. It is noted that the study of the theoretical foundations of the social interaction of adolescents with mental retardation suggests that, in general, the mental retardation of adolescents does not become an absolute obstacle to their socialization.
