PRACTICE OF INVESTMENT ARBITRATION IN THE ASPECT OF ATTRIBUTION OF ACTIONS OF NON-STATE SUBJECTS

In the article, the author analyses the practice of arbitral tribunals in investor-state disputes with regard to the questions of attribution under article 8 of Articles on Responsibility of States for Internationally Wrongful Acts. This practice is systemized by using recent and past decisions of arbitral wards. Moreover, the author makes comparison of between several decisions. Additionally, the article pays of particular significance to teachings of highly qualified publicists in the sphere of dispute resolution and state responsibility.
