ADMINISTRATIVE-LAW MEASURES AS TO PREVENT HOME VIOLENCE

The law regulation of the problems concerning home violence at international as well as national level were scrutinized in the given article. Judicial statistics as for the cases on administrative offences studied that are attracted by criminal article 1732 of Code on Administrative Offenses of Ukraine and the content of claims to the National Police as for taking measures connected with home violence were analysed. Introduction of new forms of defense as to the people how became the victims of violence was studied.
