REALIZATION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF INDEPENDENCE OF ADVOCACY IN UKRAINE

The article is devoted to the analysis and research of the essence of functioning of the principle of independence of advocacy activity in accordance with international legal standards. An analysis of the relationship between law and government in terms of observance of this principle is provided in the context of building a rule of law and civil society. A comparison of domestic legislation and international instruments concerning the guarantees of the implementation of the independence of this human rights institution.
