Clip thinking as a phenomenon of modern society

The article considers the phenomenon of «clip thinking» in the context of the learning process. Prerequisites and conditions identified that contribute to the occurrence of such a phenomenon. The article considers both negative and positive features of the phenomenon. The need for adjusting the existing teaching tools, as well as need for the formation of new methods for more effective mastering of educational material by students is determined.
