Authorities of the investigator during the inquiry

Basing on the analysis of the rules of Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation and law enforcement practice, the duties of investigator in criminal procedure during the inqui?ry are considered in the article. The author also analyzes the duties of the head of investigative body and prosecutor while exercising the procedural control over the activities of investigator during the inquiry.
