Abstract
Growing teratoma syndrome is a rare benign clinical entity seen among patients diagnosed with non-seminomatous or non-dysgerminomatous germ cell tumors after receiving chemotherapy. In this article, we report a case of a growing teratoma syndrome in a 27 year old lady who presented with recurrent abdominal swelling after completing treatment for right ovarian immature teratoma.
