Abstract
A 3 years old female was admitted with history of abdominal pain since 3 months with occasional vomiting. On examination there was upper abdominal distension with stomach shaped mass in the epigastrium. Ultrasound abdomen revealed trichobezoar. Endoscopy revealed trichobezoar without obstruction. Patient underwent Gastrotomy and removal of trichobezoar.
