Abstract
This article studies the study of the nervous system of athletes. We have developed a method for determining tendon reflexes taking into account the registration of dosed irritations. Observations in the middle of classes showed that the intensity of the reflexes changes with respect to the initial state either upward or downward. Responses to dosed irritation are inadequate. An increase in reflex responses can be explained by an increase in the excitability of the central nervous system. Lowering indicates the development of inhibitory processes. The intensity of tendon reflexes reflects the nature of the training session, which can serve as a methodological method for monitoring the training of athletes.
