Abstract
The training of future teachers for preschool education is presented in the article. In preschool pedagogics, the objective of education is the individual development of the child. The individual development is considered as long process of learning culture of the nation. The verbal culture is a constituent part of the general culture therefore the speech development is the most important issue of forming the identity of the child. One of the most important challenge of preschool institutions of the republic is the learning by children a multilingualism: Kazakh, Russian and English (in senior groups).
