PERSONALITY KNOWLEDGE OF THE YU. BALASAGUNI ARTISTIC LEGACY

The research objective is the ideas characteristics of moral and legal education during fledging years of the Kazakh khanate on the example of the Yu. Balasaguni work entitled "Kutadgu bilig". The main idea ? is a historical and pedagogical aspect of a problem study of moral and legal education, genesis of progressive ideas in this direction, the scientific evidence of historical experience, which allows to digest the dynamics of educational process, promotes the moral improvement and development of legal culture of the personality. The theoretical ideas stated in the article, provide the development of scientific recommendations on applying the progressive ideas of antiquity thinkers in current practice of youth education and creation of practical materials.
