Abstract
The newborns’ health assessment born to mothers, doing heroin before conception and during the certain period of pregnancy is carried out. It is received that this offspring has high rate of formation of congenital defects of all body systems: these children are born before time, immature, undersize and underweight body, the frequency of formation of the congenital defects at them affecting generally cardiovascular and central nervous system is higher.
