Abstract
Galloping deep cariosity is accompanied by active reversible reaction of a pulpa with development of defects of microcirculatory blood circulation, activation of factors of prevention and changes in the neuroreceptor system. The improvement of protective adaptive reactions occurring in a pulpa has to precede the stimulation of formation of a replacing dentine with application enough harsh pulp caps based on calcium hydroxide. In practical stomatology, the available and simple methods of assessment of protective potential of a pulpa that will allow to make a choice of treatment regimen are necessary. It is possible to refer to such methods, the research of complete blood count with calculation integrated leukocytic indexes giving a general characteristic of protective potential of an organism. The research of types of adaptation reactions and integrated leukocytic indexes of dark blood at 22 patients with galloping deep caries is conducted. It is established that at galloping deep cariosity the intensity of adaptive processes that is confirmed by prevalence of the type of adaptive reaction of the increased activation which occurs in 58,3% of cases is noted. The significant decrease of integrated leukocytic indexes characterizing a condition of nonspecific resistance of an organism is identified. It is reasonable to include methods and means into the treatment regimen of patients with galloping deep caries aimed at improving protective potential as an organism as a whole, and pulps.
